Do you know a public space that could use some colour?
This year GreenHere is coordinating the Better Urban Living with Bulbs (BULBS) Program on behalf of the Toronto Parks and Trees Foundation. This provides Daffodil bulbs to groups across the city, free of charge, for planting on publicly accessible space.
There are nine (9) variety of bulbs available to plant with local residents in public spaces in your community coordinated by an experienced gardener.
Fill out the form for spring bulbs to be planted in the fall. GreenHere will follow up with all of the applicants to confirm planting locations and bulb numbers. Participates are also requested to provide follow up photos for the daffodils in the spring and all planting locations will be confirmed by GreenHere to ensure they are publicly accessible.
All planting locations must be in accessible public space or viewable from the street by the public. All plantings in city parks must be intended as long-term, perennial display and must be approved in writing (letter) by the local Park Supervisor.
