An Afternoon of Opera with Toronto Repertoire

The Strachan Avenue Overpass is one of the grade separations for the Georgetown South Project. Strachan Avenue will be raised by, at most, 2 metres to pass over the rail corridor. In turn, the rail corridor will be lowered from Bathurst Street to King Street West, the lowest point of up to 8 metres below at Strachan Avenue. The new overpass will also accommodate bicycle lanes and sidewalks. Read more for an update on this project and information about the November 29 community meeting.

Many Ward 19 residents have attended the meetings held this past year regarding the development of the former St David’s School site located at 486 Shaw. Our office has been advised by the developer that the project has undergone a design change. I have called a meeting to enable the developer and his design team to present to you the re-design of this town home development in our Ward.
